血管年齢測定・Vascular age measurement（ABI検査・PWV検査）

ABIは手と足の血圧を比較することで、血管の狭窄や閉塞の程度を評価する検査です。

PWVは心臓から押し出された脈波が血管を通じて手と足に伝わる速度を測定することによって動脈の硬さを調べる検査です。

血管年齢測定時、ベッドに横になって貰い、両側の上腕と足首に血圧計のカフを装着し、上腕と足首の血圧比と脈波の伝わり方の速度を測定します。検査所要時間は5分程度です。

検査結果は血管内の状態をイメージ図で表し、血管年齢を推定します。

ABI is a test that evaluates the degree of stenosis and occlusion of blood vessels by comparing blood pressure in the hands and feet.

PWV is a test that measures the stiffness of the arteries by measuring the transmission speed of the pulse waves from the heart to the limbs through the blood vessels.

For the test you need to lie down in bed and blood pressure cuffs will be put on your upper arms and ankles to measure the ratio of upper arm to ankle blood pressure and the transmission speed of the pulse waves. This test takes about 5 minutes.

The test result is presented by an image diagram which showing the condition inside the blood vessels. Besides, the estimated vascular age will be shown.

Vascular age measurement week　　10th February (Sat) ～　25th February (Sun)
You can get tested (ABI/PWV) for 500 yen. (self-pay medical treatment)
Please register the application ”Digisma medical treatment” and make the appointment first.

ABI是透过比较手和脚的血压来评估血管狭窄或闭塞程度的检查。

PWV 是一项透过测量心脏脉搏波通过血管到达手脚的速度来测量动脉僵硬度的检查。

测量血管年龄时，需平躺在床上，血压袖带会分别戴在双上臂和脚踝上以测量上臂和脚踝的血压比值以及脉搏波传输的速度。检查大约需要 5 分钟。

检查结果以影像图的形式表示血管内部的状况，并且显示估计的血管年龄。

血管年龄测定周 2月10日（六）～ 2月25日（日）
500日圆就可以作检查（ABI・PWV）。 （自费）
