FAQ
List of frequently asked questions when visiting a doctor
For your peace of mind, we have put together a Q&A format that answers the most frequently asked questions when visiting our clinic. We are striving to create an environment where even people who have difficulty finding time due to work or child-rearing reasons can efficiently consult a doctor, and by using online services, they can consult a doctor in detail about the symptoms they are concerned about. We are available from early morning until late at night, and utilize our experience in providing medical care on remote islands as a lifesaving doctor to assist with a wide range of consultations.
Our hospital will contact you using the phone number and email address you registered before your consultation, but you will be transferred directly to the clinic. You can visit our hospital or another hospital. In the event of a re-examination, we will be able to accommodate your request by rescheduling your appointment to a different date or changing your appointment time. Communication may not be possible due to poor reception or if your smartphone is old or slow. In this case, online medical treatment is not applicable.
Face-to-face medical treatment is also possible. I have heard that after online consultation, the consultation time and test time will be shortened.
You don't have to have a smartphone to receive medical treatment; you can receive online medical treatment from a tablet or computer. However, since the DigiSmart app serves as your consultation card, you will need to bring it with you when you visit the doctor, so it is convenient to register on your smartphone.
Treatment is also available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We will be closed if Tuesday is a public holiday. Online consultation (recommendation) is possible.
You can visit the clinic until 9:30 pm on any day other than Tuesdays. Online consultation (recommendation) is available 24 hours a day.
Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the consultation time.
