FAQ
List of frequently asked questions when visiting a doctor
For your peace of mind, we have put together a Q&A format that answers the most frequently asked questions when visiting our clinic. We are striving to create an environment where even people who have difficulty finding time due to work or child-rearing reasons can efficiently consult a doctor, and by using online services, they can consult a doctor in detail about the symptoms they are concerned about. We are available from early morning until late at night, and utilize our experience in providing medical care on remote islands as a lifesaving doctor to assist with a wide range of consultations.
When visiting our clinic for the first time, please be sure to bring your insurance card. If any abnormalities are found during the medical examination, please bring proof of the results. If you have a letter of introduction or medication notebook, please don't forget to bring it with you. If you have a credit card registered, there is no need to wait for payment.
At our hospital, we can handle internal medicine for high school students and above, and we can also treat children for emergency surgery and orthopedics.
Our clinic is open until 9:30 pm, except on Tuesdays when we are closed. However, online consultations are available 24 hours a day, both on closed days and at night.
Currently, we are only conducting emergency house calls for fever. We do not conduct house calls for general medical treatment.
It is not possible to just prescribe medicine at the reception desk. After receiving a medical examination, we will prescribe the appropriate medication for your medical condition.
At our hospital, you can see patients without an appointment, but as a general rule, we give priority to those who have an appointment, so you may have to wait.
Reservations can be made using the DigiSmart app. If you do not understand how to enter information into the app, we will help you when you visit the hospital. The app will serve as your medical card, so please use it accordingly.
